How do I receive my digital product after purchase?

After completing your purchase, you will receive an email with a download link. You can also access your downloads at any time by visiting your order confirmation page. Digital products are delivered instantly — no waiting required.

What format are the eBooks in?

All eBooks are delivered as PDF files, which can be read on any device — smartphone, tablet, laptop, or desktop. We recommend using a free PDF reader such as Adobe Acrobat Reader or your device's built-in PDF viewer.

What format are the digital games in?

Our digital games are delivered as HTML files that you can open, display on a screen, and play with your family or group. No app download or internet connection is required to play. It is important to read the How To guide that comes with the digital games for a full experience 

Can I print the digital games and eBooks?

You can't print the games but Yes! You are welcome to print our digital products for personal use. Please note that our products are for personal use only and may not be resold, redistributed, or shared commercially.

I didn't receive my download email. What should I do?

Please check your spam or junk folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us at info@setapartgames.com with your order number and we'll resend your download link promptly.

Can I re-download my purchase?

Yes. Your download link remains active so you can re-download your files at any time. If you experience any issues, contact us and we'll assist you.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as other payment methods available at checkout. All transactions are processed securely. We also except PayPal payment.

Is my payment information secure?

Can I get a refund on a digital product?

Because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be "returned," we generally do not offer refunds once a file has been downloaded. However, if you experience a technical issue with your download, please contact us at info@setapartgames.com and we will do our best to resolve it.
